Japan – Angel Holdings kauft Gaming Partners International für 110 Millionen US-Dollar
Angel Holdings Godo Kaisha, ein in Asien tätiger Spielkartenhersteller, hat Gaming Partners International für 110 Millionen US-Dollar gekauft. GPI bestätigte, dass es eine „Fusionsvereinbarung mit Angel abgeschlossen hat, wonach Angel GPIC gegen Barzahlung übernehmen wird“.
