Lettland – Betreiber protestieren vor Gericht gegen Spielsperre
Das lettische Verfassungsgericht hat zwei Klagen von Betreibern eingeleitet, die die Aussetzung aller Glücksspiellizenzen des Landes anfechten. Online-Glücksspiele wurden im April in Lettland verboten, nachdem eine Klarstellung zum Notfallgesetz des Landes bezüglich des Coronavirus herausgegeben worden war. Der Gesetzentwurf forderte die Schließung aller landgestützten Veranstaltungsorte, beließ jedoch zunächst den Status von Online-Veranstaltungsorten.
