Malta – Casumo nutzt die Spielerschutzsoftware von Necton

Casumo has acknowledged the need for expert assistance when it comes to player protection by using Neccton’s Mentor player protection software going forward.
Casumo’s players will now be supported by Mentor’s AI-based solution that analyses player behaviour in real-time. The software recognises possible problematic behaviour and works to help both player and operator to identify and address the issue.
Mentor ist ein bahnbrechendes Spieler-Tracking-Tool, das den Betreiber alarmiert und Spieler, die kritisches Verhalten zeigen, direkt kontaktiert. Spieler werden beispielsweise informiert, wenn ihre Einzahlungshäufigkeit deutlich zunimmt, und Kunden können durch individuelles Feedback fundiertere Entscheidungen über ihr Spiel treffen.
